Plastic Lumber Warranty:

RESCO Plastic Lumber is guaranteed for 50 years against damage caused by mildew, rot,
fungal decay, insects, water absorption or marine life.

RESCO Plastics, Inc. will replace any plastic lumber that will fail under the above
mentioned conditions.

These warranties do not include any cosmetic issues, like scratches, dents,
marring, fading of colors, and are valid only if products have not been subjected
to misuse, negligence or accident. Damage resulting from vandalism, abnormal
use, or incorrect installation are not covered by this warranty.

Except as specifically stated herein, all warranties, expressed or implied,
including but not limited to any implied warranty of MERCHANTABILITY or
fitness for a particular purpose are hereby EXCLUDED. This warranty
excludes any liability other than expressly stated including but not limited to
any incidental or consequential damages.

A signed bill of lading is our receipt from a carrier that our shipment to you
was complete and in good condition. Before you sign, please check this bill of
lading carefully when the shipment reaches you to make sure there are no
damages or shortages. Once the shipment leaves our plant, we are no longer
responsible for any damage, loss or shortage.

Due to the current price increases for our raw material, Resco Plastics, Inc. is
no longer able to guarantee its post consumer content. However, Resco Plastics, Inc. still
guarantee's its product to be made from 100% recycled material.
